Mr. Hanna Co-founded Newmedical Technology, Inc. in 2003. In the last 28 years, Mr. Hanna founded and served as a CEO of several startup and global companies in the medical, electronic manufacturing, software and IT industries. He also worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers & the US Navy and held Secret clearance.
He is currently on the boards of BioAngels, NewMedical, ITCC, M&H Investment and previously served on the boards of ITA, OSF, STS, InterPro, Orbis, and DePaul University’s International Management School and is a sought-after speaker at the entrepreneur programs at Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He received a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also has a degree in Biomechanical Engineering and International Business Administration from Dudley and Birmingham College in the UK.
