He received a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She has directed professional, consumer and international marketing, including the launch of 7 new products, while with ABT/enaltus/Sinclair IS Pharma.

Dr. Hani Matloub
Co-Founder & Medical Advisor
Dr. Hani S. Matloub is a plastic surgeon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Children's Wisconsin and Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. He received his medical degree from University of Baghdad College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Dr. Matloub co-founded Newmedical Technology with a vision to deliver innovative wound care and surgical solutions patients including underserved veterans and military personnel around the world.
Dan DeSio
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. DeSio joined Newmedical Technology in 2015. Prior to Newmedical, he served in a variety of financial management positions of increasing responsibility at Abbott Laboratories, Leaf Confectionery, and Kraft Foods. Martin Floreani
Chief Commercial Officer
Martin oversees the global commercial, marketing and corporate development functions across all business units including professional, consumer, and international. His prior roles over the last 32 years included CEO of French Transit, a CPG company; CEO and Board member of Dentovations, CMO of Enaltus/Advanced Bio-Technologies, and several global Sr. Executive roles at Stiefel Laboratories and Merck. Martin has also worked many years in Consulting and with several private equity owned businesses.
Martin holds an MBA in Finance and BBA in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami and completed post-graduate studies at Harvard University and NYU.
Kurt Schwarz
VP of Sales North America
As Vice President of North American Sales, the focus has been on fostering sustainable growth by aligning strategic initiatives with key account management, while cultivating a collaborative culture that emphasizes employee engagement and business success.
Kurt's sales leadership has been marked by a strong commitment to translating business goals into actionable strategies. With expertise in sales strategy and financial data, the team has consistently delivered results by refining processes and implementing initiatives that support long-term organizational objectives and client satisfaction.
Kurt was VP of Sales at Boyd Industries, Director of Sales Operations at Akorn Inc, Sales Manager at Henry Schein and holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
